- Connect with and counsel parents and students across multiple channels, including phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Conduct Zoom meetings to present the school’s offerings in detail, including curriculum, learning plans, fee structure, and the enrollment process, strictly aligned with the training provided.
- Educate and counsel parents and students on the benefits of the school’s offerings and address their concerns and queries in real time. Ensure rigorous follow-ups to support parents in making informed decisions.
Documentation & Coordination
- Review student records and ensure all required documents (e.g., previous year transcripts, national IDs, etc.) are submitted and uploaded to the respective portals after prior approval.
- Coordinate proactively with the Administration Team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for newly enrolled students, including their orientation on the School Management System (SMS) and Learning Management System (LMS).
Student & Parent Orientation and Engagement
- Conduct orientation sessions for parents and students after enrollment, guiding them on how to navigate the SMS and LMS, based on parent availability or as scheduled by the Administration Team.
- Carry out student and parent profiling by gathering insights into their personalities, aspirations, professions, preferences, and goals.
Live Chat & Real-Time Support
- Manage live chat interactions to respond to queries and concerns from prospective and enrolled parents on the required channels or on demand from the school.
- Provide real-time assistance and support to enrolled students, ensuring timely responses and resolutions to concerns at the administrative level.
- Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and empathy in all communications while representing the school and resolving concerns in real time whenever required.
Student Feedback & Regional Support Services
- Gather feedback from enrolled students and parents to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide prompt and effective service to students and families within the assigned region, ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance student and parent experiences.
Extracurricular Activities
- Organize and conduct live activity sessions, such as “Meet Your Classmates” events or extracurricular activities, fostering community engagement.
- Plan, coordinate, and preside over school clubs, ensuring engaging and enriching experiences for students.

Step 2
Answer a Few Short Questions
If your profile matches our current openings, you will be invited to answer a few role-specific questions.
This helps us understand your teaching style, experience, and alignment with International Schooling’s values.
Step 3
Schedule Your First Interview
Candidates shortlisted from Step 2 will receive an email from International Schooling with a link to choose a suitable time slot for the First Round Interview.
This is usually with our Academic or Admissions Team, depending on the role.
Step 4
Second Round Interview
Selected candidates will move to the Second Round, which may include:
• A detailed interaction with a senior team member, and/or
• A demo class or role-play scenario (for teaching and student-facing roles).
Step 5
Final Discussion & Onboarding
In the final round, we will:
• Discuss your role, responsibilities, expectations, and salary.
• Talk about compensation and working model.
• Answer your questions and complete the final formalities.
Successful candidates will receive an official offer letter and onboarding details to join the International Schooling Global Family.
